Who we are
SeenzGo operates SeenzGo and hkmall.ai. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean SeenzGo. You can reach us at hello@hkmall.ai.
What we collect
- The organiser consent form: your organisation's name, type, website and events page; your name, role, work email and phone number; and the choices you tick. With the form we record the date and time, your IP address and your browser's user agent, as evidence of the consent.
- Server logs: IP address, user agent and the time of each request.
hkmall.ai uses no cookies and no analytics. To limit abuse of the form, we count submissions per IP address in memory only; that count is not stored.
Why we use it
- To verify that you're authorised to act for your organisation.
- To record your consent and keep evidence of it.
- To manage your listings.
- To contact you about your listings.
- To send you marketing, only if you gave separate consent for it.
Who we share it with
- Our hosting provider. Its servers may be located outside Hong Kong.
- Our email provider, which sends our emails.
- Anyone we must share it with by law.
These providers act on our instructions. We don't sell personal data.
How long we keep it
- Consent records: while the licence is in force and for 6 years after it ends, as evidence of the licence.
- Server logs: 90 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to personal data is limited to staff who need it.
Direct marketing
We only send marketing if you tick the separate marketing box on the consent form. You can opt out free of charge at any time by emailing hello@hkmall.ai.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you can ask for access to, and correction of, the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@hkmall.ai.
Takedown
Any organiser can ask us to remove their content. We act within 7 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the date of the latest version here.
