Why we ask for consent
Hong Kong copyright law protects event descriptions and images. We don't copy them without permission — we ask first. Facts like dates and venues are free for anyone to use; your words and pictures are yours.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. No listing fee, no commission, no minimum term. If that ever changes, we'll ask you again — your current consent never turns into a paid deal.
What do you do with our images?
We show them in the SeenzGo app and on hkmall.ai to promote your event, resized or cropped to fit. We don't restyle them, sell them, or pass them to anyone except the providers that host our systems.
Can we remove a listing?
Any time — email hello@hkmall.ai. We remove it within 7 days. You can also withdraw consent entirely.
Do you sell our data?
No. Contact details are used to verify you and manage your listings. Marketing only if you tick the separate box.
Is hkmall.ai connected to a mall?
No. hkmall.ai is run by SeenzGo, the company behind SeenzGo. It isn't affiliated with any shopping mall, mall operator or retailer.
